(Bear, De 19701) On February 15th, 2020, officers from the New Castle County Division of Police were dispatched to the 2000 block of Old Kirkwood Road, in the community of Rolling Meadows, for a multiple reports of Criminal Mischief.
When the officers arrived, they learned that an unknown subject spray-painted racial slurs and profanity all over the victim’s vehicles.
Surveillance cameras captured this footage of the suspect.
