(Wilmington, DE 19804) Yesterday, patrol officers from the New Castle County Division of Police were dispatched to the 600 block of Curtis Ave, in the community of Woodcrest, for a report of package theft.   

Upon arrival, the officers were able to view the victim’s video surveillance and it showed a male in a hooded sweatshirt exit a black or dark-colored sedan and remove a FEDEX package from the porch.   The suspect came back about two hours later and took a delivery notice off of the door, but this time he neglected to put his hood up.
