The New Castle County Division of Police is currently searching for 16-year-old, Neesam Moustafa.

(Newark, DE 19720) Last night (April 14), officers from the New Castle County Division of Police were dispatched to the Hancock Building, in the community of Lexington Green, for a missing person report. Upon their arrival, the officers learned that 16-year-old Neesam Moustafa had left the residence.  People at the residence reported that as she was leaving, her actions caused a concern for her welfare.

Neesam Moustafa left the residence on foot wearing a pink sweater and black sweatpants.  She is 5’04’’ tall, weighs approximately 100lbs, and has black hair and brown eyes.
