(New Castle, DE 19720) In the month of March, 2020, detectives from the New Castle County Division of Police Criminal Investigations Unit were dispatched to a local area hospital for a sexual abuse investigation. After numerous interviews, 58-year-old John Faulk was listed as a suspect. The investigation also revealed that he victimized a 10-year-old, 5-year-old and a 3-year-old.
Detectives subsequently swore to arrest warrants for: one count of felony Rape 2nd degree where victim is less than 12, one count of felony Sexual Abuse of a Child by a Person of Trust 1st degree, four counts of felony Unlawful Sexual Contact of a Child Younger than 13, and two counts of felony Sexual Abuse of a Child by a Person of Trust 2nd degree.
We are asking for the public’s assistance in locating John Faulk. His last known address was in the City of Wilmington, DE.
