The New Castle County Division of Police is currently searching for 53-year-old, Russell Moore

(Wilmington, DE 19808) On Tuesday (September 1st), officers from the New Castle County Division of Police were dispatched to the unit block of Belford Drive, in the community of Belford Manor for a missing person report. Upon their arrival, the officers learned that 53-year-old, Russell Moore had left the residence and has not been seen since. The officers were made aware that Russell Moore has a medical condition that caused concern for his welfare.

Russell Moore is described as a white male, 5’07, 180 lbs, gray hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing jeans and gray/brown sneakers
