(Wilmington, DE 19805) Yesterday (September 9th), officers from the New Castle County Division of Police were dispatched to the unit block of Balsam Road in the community of Gordy Estates, for a missing person report. Upon their arrival, the officers learned that 33-year-old, Scott Sylvester had left the residence and has not been seen since. The officers were made aware that before he left, statements were made by Scott Sylvester that caused concern for his welfare.

Scott Sylvester is described as being a white male, 6’01” 200 lbs.  No clothing description was available but he was last seen operating a white 2018 Chrysler 300 bearing Delaware registration 967810.
