(Hockessin, De 19707) On October 25th, 2020, patrol officers from the New Castle County Division of Police were dispatched to the Hockessin Athletic Club for a theft report. When the officers arrived at the gym, they were able to interview the 68-year-old victim. From this interview, the officers learned that when the victim was finished using the facilities, he returned to the locker room and found all his belongings had been removed from his unsecured locker.
Later the officers were able to determine that the subject of the photograph is responsible for the theft. The image was taken from the Target in the Christiana Mall.
