The New Castle County Police Department is searching for 34-yeard-old Phillip Singles.
(Wilmington, DE 19804) Sunday (January 3rd), officers from the New Castle County Division of Police were dispatched to the unit block of Gregg Ave, in the community of Flynnview for a missing person report. Upon arrival, the officers’ investigation revealed that Phillip Singles was last seen in this area and made statements that caused a concern for his welfare.
Phillip is described as 5’8, approximately 220 lbs., has short brown hair, and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a grey shirt, jeans, white and black sneakers, with a wonder woman baseball cap on.
