(Wilmington, DE 19809) Last night (Feb 26), patrol officers from the New Castle County Division of Police were dispatched to the unit block of Clifton Park Circle, in the community of Village Park at Paladin Club for the report of gunshots in the area. 

When the officers arrived, they discovered a male subject who was suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.  The subject was transported to a local area hospital where he succumbed to his wounds.

The New Castle County Division of Police Criminal Investigations Unit then arrived at the scene and assumed the investigation.
