The New Castle County Division of Police is searching for 20-year-old Jazmen Marriah Hughes

(Newark, DE 19713) Earlier today (May17), officers from the New Castle County Division of Police were dispatched to the area of Havertown Rd, in the community of Robscott Manor, for the report of a missing person. Upon arrival, officers learned that Jazmen Marriah Hughes had left the area and prior to leaving made statements that caused a concern for her welfare.

Jazmen Marriah Hughes is described as a black  female, 5’06 weighing approximately 210 lbs.  She also has dyed blonde hair and was last seen wearing a black short sleeved t-shirt with white lettering, black jeans, unknown shoes.
