The New Castle County Police Department is searching for 37-year-old David Blackburn.

(Wilmington, DE 19805) Sunday afternoon (May 23), officers from the New Castle County Division of Police were dispatched a domestic incident in the area of Woodward Ave, in the community of Roselle. Upon arrival, the officers learned that David Blackburn had left the area and made statements that caused a concern for his welfare. 

David Blackburn is described as a white male, 5’08 weighing approximately 150 lbs, and his clothing description is unknown.  His vehicle, a 2004 F350, was located yesterday in Biden Park .
