The New Castle County Police Department is searching for 49-year-old William “Billy” Frank.

(Wilmington, DE 19809) Last night (Jan 4) at approximately 7:40 PM, patrol officers from the New Castle County Division of Police were dispatched to the 300 block of Georgetown Ave in the community of Gwinhurst for a report of a missing person. When the officers arrived, they learned that 49-year-old William “Billy” Frank had left the residence earlier and after he left, made statements that caused a concern for his welfare.

William Frank is a white male with shoulder-length black hair,  brown eyes 5’09, and weighs approximately 185lbs.  Unknown clothing description, however, he does operate a 2004 blue Dodge Ram pick-up with Delaware registration.
