The New Castle County Police Department is searching for 68-year-old Leonard Herbert.

(Bear, DE 19701) Last night (Jan31) at approximately 11:45 PM, patrol officers from the New Castle County Division of Police were dispatched to Loch Lomond Street in the community of St Andrews Townhouses for a report of a missing person. When the officers arrived, they learned that 68-year-old Leonard Herbert had left the residence earlier and had not returned.  The officers also learned that Herbert has a medical condition that created a concern for his welfare.

Leonard Herbert is a black male,  bald, with brown eyes.  He is  5’07 and weighs approximately 135lbs.  He was last seen wearing a black, hooded winter coat with gray sweatpants, black Fila Sneakers, and wears prescription glasses.   He left driving a white Honda Accord with New Jersey registration (H28LKK).
