(New Castle, DE 19720) The New Castle County Division of Police has issued a Gold Alert for 60 year-old Mark Lynn of New Castle. On Tuesday May 23rd, 2023, Patrol Officers responded to the 100 Block of W. Franklin Ave in reference to Mark making threats to harm himself to a friend. Officers responded to the area but could not make contact with Mark.
Mark is described as a white male, 6’0”, and weighing approximately 190 pounds. Mark was last seen wearing a blue long sleeve shirt and blue jeans. Mark drives a grey 2004 Ford F-150 registered in Pennsylvania.
