(Bear, Del.-19701) The New Castle County Division of Police has issued a Gold Alert for Destiny Vitali a 23-year-old Bear woman. 

On Monday (11/6),  officers learned Destiny left her home at approximately 3:30 p.m. and has not returned. Police discovered that Destiny was last seen at the Rite Aid in the 1600 block of Pulaski Highway. 

Family believes she may be in the area of the movie theater in People’s Plaza. There is a real concern for Destiny as she is prescribed seizure medication and has a neurological and developmental disorder. 

Destiny is described as a white female, 5’5”with blonde hair and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing glasses, a long blue rain coat and pink sneakers.
