(Hockessin, Del.-19707) The New Castle County Division of Police has issued a Gold Alert for Mitchell Walton a 90-year-old man from Hockessin. 

On Thursday (11/9),  officers responded to the 200 block of Deergrass Road for the report of a missing person. Officers learned Mitchell left his home at approximately 2:00 p.m. today to retrieve a food order, however, he never arrived at the location. 

Mitchell is described as a Black male, 5’7” tall, weighing approximately 140 lbs., with brown eyes and salt and pepper colored hair. He was last seen wearing a gray suit jacket.  Mitchell left his home in a red 2013 Nissan Altima with Delaware registration 86618. 

Mitchell has a history of getting lost while driving and there is a real concern for his welfare.
