(Newark, DE-19711) The New Castle County Division of Police has issued a Gold Alert for 26-year-old Qamar Armstrong of Newark.  Qamar left his residence after making statements that have caused concern for his welfare and safety.

Qamar is described as a black male, 5’11 and 220 lbs., brown hair, brown eyes, and tattoos.  He is last believed to have been wearing a black t-shirt, black basketball shorts, and a red North Face jacket.
