(New Castle, DE 19720) During November, officers from the New Castle County Division of Police participated in No-Shave November. No-shave November is a campaign aimed at bringing awareness to cancer and raising money for cancer research. Participating officers ditched their razors for the month while spreading awareness and raising $3,000 dollars. On Tuesday, January 23, 2024, the proceeds of the campaign were presented to the Leukemia Research Foundation of Delaware.
