(New Castle, DE 19720) On Sunday, February 11, 2024, patrol officers with the New Castle County Division of Police, responded to the area of Riverview Drive in Collins Park for a domestic in progress. Patrol officers were told that the female suspect, identified as 22-year-old Andrea Ortiz of New Castle. Through officers’ investigation at the scene, they learned that there was a physical altercation between Andrea and the adult victims, to include her striking them with a vehicle.

Attempts to locate Ortiz have been unsuccessful and she is described as a Hispanic female, 5’3” and approximately 120lbs.

New Castle County Division of Police’s Traffic Services Unit responded to the scene and are assisting patrol with investigating the vehicular assault.  The vehicle is described as an older white sedan.
