(Newark, DE 19711) The New Castle County Division of Police has issued a Gold Alert for 31-year-old Ashley Flanigan of Newark. Ashley was last seen leaving her residence located in the 200 block of Mercury Road, on the afternoon of November 13, 2024. There is a concern for her welfare and safety and all attempts to contact her have been unsuccessful.

Ashley is described a white female, 5’4″, 185 lbs., green eyes, and brown hair. She was last seen wearing a blue shirt, blue jeans with holes in the knees, and tan sandals.
