(Bear, DE 19701) The New Castle County Division of Police has issued a Gold Alert for 31-year-old Elwood Powlus of Bear. Elwood was last seen around 8:15 p.m. on January 12 and all attempts to locate him have been unsuccessful. There is concern for his welfare and safety.

Elwood is described as a white male, 5’1”, 175lbs, reddish colored hair, and a beard. Elwood was last seen wearing a gray sweatshirt and blue jeans.
