(Claymont, DE 19703) Officers from the New Castle County Division of Police are currently on the scene of a motor vehicle crash involving a scooter at the intersection of Lincoln Avenue at Providence Avenue. The roadway is closed, and drivers are urged to seek alternate routes and avoid the area if possible.
