🔥 Summer Heat, Same Old Scam – Fake DMV Notices Return

Scammers are back, spamming phones while pretending to be the Delaware DMV with fake ticket claims. With this heatwave, they’ve clearly lost all common sense. 🥵 We won’t be fooled by this scam anymore.

 The Delaware DMV and E-ZPass Delaware will NEVER send texts or emails asking you to click a link to make a payment or update your personal information.

If you receive one of these messages:

🗑️ Delete the message.

📢 Warn others to do the same.

If you believe there may be an issue with your license, registration, or E-ZPass account, please contact the DMV directly using their official phone number.

If you’ve received a suspicious text or email, report it to the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) at ic3.gov. Be sure to include the sender’s phone number and the website listed in the message.
