*Update* As of 3:00 p.m., Old Wilmington Road is reopened.

Officers from the New Castle County Division of Police are currently on the scene of a single-vehicle crash in the 900 block of Old Wilmington Road. The roadway is currently closed between Clover Drive and Loveville Road, and will remain closed while DelDOT responds to assess and complete necessary repairs.

Motorists are urged to avoid the area and seek alternate routes. Updates will be provided as they become available.
