**UPDATE**-As of 6:40 p.m., Brackenville Road has reopened.

(Hockessin, DE 19707) Officers from the New Castle County Division of Police are currently on the scene of a single-vehicle, motorcycle crash on Brackenville Road. The roadway is closed between Old Wilmington Road and Lancaster Pike, and drivers are urged to seek alternate routes and avoid the area if possible.
