(New Castle, DE 19720) The New Castle County Division of Police has issued a Gold Alert for 32-year-old Alpha Sow of New Castle. Alpha was last seen around 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 26, in the unit block of Allegretto Road. All efforts to find him have been unsuccessful. There is concern for his well-being and safety.

Alpha is described as a black male, 5’7”, 180 lbs., short black hair, and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a green army jacket, unknown further description. His destination is unknown; however, he is known to frequent Main Street in Newark, DE, as well as the Wilton area in New Castle, DE.
