Investigation Details:
On Monday, December 17th, 2001, at 4:45 p.m., New Castle County Police responded to the Sparrow Run community after reports of someone screaming. When Officers arrived, they discovered a silver-and-black Dodge van in the Teal Circle cul-de-sac with Feliciano Saucedo-Lopez inside.
Tragically, he had sustained multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced deceased at the scene.
