(Wilmington, DE. 19808) – The New Castle County Division of Police has issued a Gold Alert for 22-year-old Peter “PJ” Tecco.

Peter was last seen near the 3200 block of Kirkwood Highway around 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 23, 2025. His destination is unknown.

Despite extensive efforts, officers have been unable to locate or make contact with Peter, and there is concern for his health and safety.

Peter is described as a white male, approximately 5’8” tall, weighing 160 pounds, with black hair and a beard. He was last seen wearing a black zip up hoodie with crème colored interior lining, black sweatpants, and black and white checkered shoes.
