(Wilmington, DE 19810) The New Castle County Division of Police has issued a Gold Alert for 77-year-old Edward Frescoln.

Edward was last seen in the 1100 block of N. Overhill Court around 8:05 a.m. on Friday, February 20, 2026. Despite extensive efforts, Officers have been unable to locate or contact Edward, and there is concern for his health and safety.

Edward is described as a white male, 5’5”, 155lbs., with grey hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a maroon “Eagles” jacket with an image of an Eagle and the word “Eagles”, blue jeans, and a white hat.
