(Wilmington, DE 19809) – In February 2026, Detectives from the New Castle County Division of Police Criminal Investigations Unit received information that 19-year-old Logan Albright, of Cannon Drive in Wilmington, was in possession of child pornography, also referred to as child sexual abuse material (CSAM), on his cell phone.

Detectives immediately opened an investigation into the incident and, after a thorough review, obtained a search warrant for the contents of Albright’s cell phone. During the search, Detectives located 25 images and videos depicting child sexual abuse material, some dating back to 2023. Detectives determined that Albright had been using online communication apps on his phone to access servers containing child pornography.

On Tuesday, March 31, 2026, Logan Albright, who was already in custody at the Howard R. Young Correctional Institution, was arraigned on the following charge:

• Twenty-five felony counts of Dealing in Child Pornography.

Following his arraignment, Albright remained at the Howard R. Young Correctional Institution after failing to post $500,000.00 cash bail.
