The New Castle County Police Department is searching for 30-year-old Charles E. Burcham.
(Newark DE 19702) On March 27th, 2022, at approximately 11:15 A.M., patrol officers from the New Castle County Division of Police were dispatched to the area of Tolliver Court in the community of Salem Woods for a report of a missing person.

When the officers arrived, they learned that 30-year-old Charles E. Burcham had left his residence on March 27th, 2022, and has not been seen since. Additionally, Charles E. Burcham made statements that caused concern for his welfare.

Charles is described as a white male 5’ 9” approx. 150 Lbs., brown hair, and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black cap, gray hoodie, dark-colored pants, and black shoes.

Charles E. Burcham is an active duty member of the Armed Services.

(Newark, DE 19713) On March 8th, 2022, patrol officers from the New Castle County Division of Police were dispatched to the area of Marlin Drive in the community of Brookside Park for a report of a missing person. When the officers arrived, they learned that 65-year-old Kathleen August had left the residence on March 7th, 2022 and has not been seen since.

Kathleen August suffers from a medical condition that causes concern for her welfare.

Kathleen is reported to be 5’4, 175lbs with white hair. She was last seen wearing a White t-shirt and jeans.

When the officers arrived, they learned that 52-year-old Michael D. Hall had left the residence on March 7th, 2022, and has not been seen since. Michael D. Hall Michael D. Hall suffers from a medical condition that causes concern for his welfare.
