On Sunday, October 1, 2023, Omar left his residence after making statements that caused concern for his welfare. All efforts to locate or contact Omar were unsuccessful.

Omar is described as a Hispanic male, 5 feet, 5 inches, 120 pounds, with short black hair, and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing all-black clothing and a long-sleeved shirt.
