(Claymont, DE 19703) Officers from the New Castle County Division of Police have arrested 35-year-old Terrence Freeman of Claymont following a call for a person trying car door handles in the community of Naamans Apartments. Early this morning (October 24) at about 2:08 a.m., patrol officers were dispatched to the area of Naamans apartments for a subject going car to car in the neighborhood trying door handles.  Police quickly responded and were able to locate and subsequently arrest the subject, identified as Terrence Freeman. 

Terrence Freeman was charged with four counts of attempted third-degree burglary, and one count of loitering. He was arraigned by the Justice of the Peace Court 2 and held in lieu of $6,000 secured bail.
