NEW CASTLE COUNTY POLICE ARREST VARIOUS SUBJECTS FOR DRUG DEALING

After an extensive investigation, New Castle County Drug Control Squad detectives were able to arrest Henrry Solano-Marte, Dery Soriano-Solano, & Nely Guzman for multiple drug offenses.

(New Castle, DE 19720) During the month of August, New Castle County Police Drug Control Squad detectives started an investigation into narcotic sales by 28-year-old Dery Soriano-Solano. During the investigation, detectives were able to identify two additional accomplices in a drug distribution ring.

Yesterday, (Oct 8) detectives from the New Castle County Division of Police, Drug Control Squad along with detectives from the Philadelphia Police Department were able to arrest:

Henrry Solano-Marte was charged with 11 counts of felony Drug Dealing, 9 counts of felony Conspiracy in the 2nd degree, and drug paraphernalia.  He was arraigned by Justice of the Peace Court 11 and was issued a detainer by the US Department of Homeland Security which resulted in him being held in lieu of $229,000 cash only bail.

Dery Soriano-Solano was charged by Philadelphia Police Department for multiple drug offenses and was charged in Delaware with 9 counts of felony Drug Dealing and 9 counts of felony Conspiracy in the 2nd degree, and is currently awaiting extradition to Delaware.

Nely Guzman was charged with Felony Tier 1 Drug Possession, 2 counts of misdemeanor Drug Possession, and 1 count of misdemeanor Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. She was arraigned by Justice of the Peace Court 2 and released on $4,500 unsecured bail.

As a result of this investigation, detectives were able to collect a total of: 11.3g of Crack Cocaine, 4.2g of Heroin, 1.8g of Powder Cocaine $9,689 of suspected drug proceeds and related paraphernalia.

NEW CASTLE COUNTY DIVISION OF POLICE ARREST SUBJECT FOR MULTIPLE BURGLARIES

(Wilmington, DE 19810) On September 9, 2018 New Castle County Division of Police investigated a burglary on the unit block of Fairhope Road in the community of The Timbers. From this investigation, 63-year old James Crowder was identified as a suspect and arrested.

The ongoing investigation conducted by the New Castle County Division of Police Criminal Investigations Unit revealed that James Crowder was the suspect of another burglary. This burglary occurred in the unit block of Pin Oak Drive also in the community of The Timbers, and occurred earlier in the month of August.

On Tuesday (October 2) James Crowder was arrested for this burglary, as well.

James Crowder was charged with felony Burglary in the 2nd degree, one count of misdemeanor Theft, and one count of misdemeanor Criminal Mischief.  He was arraigned by Justice of the Peace Court 11 and held in lieu of $6000 secured bail.

POLICE SEARCH FOR MISSING MOTHER AND DAUGHTER -I’JAHNA COOMBS AND NOVA COOMBS.

Patrol officers from the New Castle County Division of Police are currently searching for 17-year old I’Jahna Coombs and 6-month old Nova Coombs missing from the community of Brookside Park.

(Newark, Del. 19713) Today (Sept 29) New Castle County Division of Police Patrol Officers were dispatched to the unit block of Chippendale Circle in the community of Brookside Park for the report of a missing person. Upon arrival, the officers spoke with family members. They learned that 17-year-old I’Jahna Coombs and 6-month old Nova Coombs left the residence abruptly which caused concern for their welfare.

I’Jahna Coombs is a black female, with brown hair and brown eyes. She left the residence on foot with her child Nova Coombs who is an infant, and a black female with brown eyes.
