New Castle County Police have arrested 22-year-old Davahne Davis, 21-year-old Tyaire Miller, 18-year-old Davien Johnson and a 16-year-old male in connection with a daytime occupied burglary in the community of Cleland Heights.
(Wilmington, Del.-19805) Monday (August 14) New Castle County Patrol units were dispatched to the 1500 block of Cleland Course for an occupied burglary that just occurred. The homeowner heard noises in the house and upon further investigation, observed four subjects fleeing out the front door of the residence. The victim was able to provide a clothing description to police responding to the community. Police checked the area found four subjects matching the description. Davahne Davis, Tyaire Miller, Davien Johnson and the 16-year-old were contacted after they attempted to hide from police.
Evidence located on scene implicated the 16-year-old male, Davahne Davis ,Tyaire Miller, and Davien Johnson in the burglary.
Davahne Davis was charged with second-degree burglary, felony conspiracy, misdemeanor theft, criminal impersonation and criminal mischief. Davahne Davis was arraigned and committed to Howard Young Correctional Institute after failing to post a $12,200.00 cash only bail.
Tyaire Miller was charged with second-degree burglary, felony conspiracy, misdemeanor theft, criminal mischief, and criminal impersonation. He was arraigned and committed to the Howard Young Correctional Institution after failing to post a $40,500.00 secured bail.
Davien Johnson was charged with second-degree burglary, felony conspiracy, misdemeanor theft, criminal impersonation and criminal mischief. Davien Johnson was arraigned and committed to Howard Young Correctional Institute after failing to post a $12,500.00 secured bond.
The 16-year-old male was charged with second-degree burglary, felony conspiracy, misdemeanor theft and criminal impersonation. He was arraigned and committed to the New Castle County Detention Center after failing to post a $300.00 secure bail.
