New Castle County Police are currently searching for 19-year-old Todd Dooley missing from the community of Collins Park.

(New Castle, Del.-19720) Today (September 9) at approximately 4:00 am., New Castle County Police Officers were dispatched to the unit block of Martin Dr for the report of a missing person. Police then learned that Edward Todd Dooley walked away from his residence after making statements to a family member that caused a concern for his welfare.

Todd Dooley is a white male, 5’07”, 150 pounds, short brown hair, blue eyes last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and gray sweatpants.
