New Castle County Police arrest 21 year-old Shane Williams for carrying a concealed hand gun.

(Wilmington, Del. 19802) Monday (August 20) New Castle County patrol officers stopped a gray Mazda in the area of Philadelphia Pike after observing a traffic violation. Officers made contact with the driver, Shane Williams. Evidence of Marijuana was observed in the vehicle which lead to a search. Officers located a concealed hand gun and ammunition inside the vehicle. Shane Williams was taken into custody without incident.

Shane Williams was charged with carrying concealed deadly firearm(felony), expired tags and possession of marijuana(civil violation). He was arraigned and released on $5,000.00 unsecured bail.
