New Castle County Division of Police is currently searching for 22-year-old Joseph Arnold.

(Newark, De 19702) Last night (Dec 1), officers from the New Castle County Division of Police were dispatched to the unit block of Waters Edge Drive, Waters Edge Apartments for a Missing Persons Report. When they arrived on scene the officers were contacted by family members.  The officers then learned that 22-year-old Joseph Arnold left the residence after making statements that caused a concern for his welfare.

Joseph Arnold is described as a white male, 5’07’’, 170lbs, blonde hair and blue eyes.  He has the name Danielle tattooed on his neck. He was last seen wearing a gray Carhartt beanie, tan Carhartt Jacket and blue jeans.
