(New Castle 19720) On Friday, (Feb 15) Officers from the New Castle County Division of Police received a complaint regarding a quality of life issue that was affecting the community of Whitehall.  Our officers responded to E. Bellamy Drive where they eventually arrested the suspect described in the complaint.   A resident of the community recorded the officer’s actions during the arrest and later posted it on social media.  The New Castle County Police Department was made aware of the video last evening. We always hold our officers to the highest standards of police conduct, and a complete review of this incident is underway.
