(Claymont, DE 19703) On August 25, 2019, the New Castle County Division of Police was dispatched to the unit block of Balfour Avenue, Claymont, Delaware, 19703, for a reported shooting incident. After a lengthy investigation, detectives from the New Castle County Division of Police Criminal Investigations Unit were able to sign an arrest warrant for 19-year-old, Shacir Hunter.
Last week, Hunter was arrested in Chester, PA by the Chester Police Department and the US Marshal’s Service.
He is currently awaiting extradition back to Delaware.
