(Newark, DE 19702) Yesterday, (Nov 5) patrol officers from the New Castle County Division of Police were dispatched to the Unimart on Brookmont Drive in the community of Sparrow Run for a Theft report.

The officer’s investigation revealed that the subject in the photograph distracted a clerk at the Unimart. The subject then removed a clear plastic container off the counter and ran out of the market towards the community of Wellington Woods.

The officer also learned that this container was used to collect monetary donations to a local church.
