(Newark, De 19711) Earlier this morning (Jan 12), at approximately 1:45 a.m., officers from the New Castle County Division of Police were dispatched to the unit block of Pike Creek road, in the community of Abbey Walk Apartments,  for the report of a domestic incident. When they arrived at the residence, the officers learned that 33-year-old, Shantell Lee Florian had left the residence.   Witnesses reported that as she left, her actions caused concern for her welfare.

Shantell Lee Florian is a 5’02” white female, weighing approximately 130 lbs. She has brown hair and hazel eyes. There is no clothing description, however, she might have left in a black Dodge Ram Pick-up.  She is known to frequent the Elkton (MD) area.
