Detectives from the New Castle County Division of Police Criminal Investigations Unit, Homicide Squad have identified the deceased as 26-year-old Melvin Collins. Detectives have determined that another male was struck by gunfire and has since been transported to a local area hospital where he is listed in stable condition.
