(New Castle, DE 19720) This afternoon (Feb 5), family, friends, and community members gathered at New Castle County Division of Police Headquarters to protest in honor of Lymond Moses. The New Castle County Division of Police is proud that this protest remained peaceful and allowed the participants’ voices to be heard.
Since January 13th, when this incident occurred, Colonel Bond has maintained an open line of communication with members of the family and their representative. He will continue to do so moving forward. As we have communicated before, this still is an active and ongoing investigation. As such, we will not be releasing additional details at this time.
