The New Castle County Police Department is searching for 46-year-old Kathleen Towe

(Wilmington, DE 19803) Yesterday (February 5th, 2021), officers from the New Castle County Division of Police responded to a check on the welfare in the area of W. Crest Road, in the community of Carcroft. Upon arrival, officers were advised that Kathleen Towe was last seen in this area and made statements that caused concern for her welfare.

Kathleen is described as a white female, 5’7″ weighing approximately 225lbs.
