The New Castle County Division of Police is currently searching for 12-year-old, Omar Francis

(Newark, DE 19702) Monday (Feb 21),  patrol officers from the New Castle County Division of Police were dispatched to Rose Terrace in the community of Spring Mill for the report of a Missing Person.

When the officers arrived, they learned that 12-year-old,  Omar Francis was last seen leaving his residence at 1:00 p.m.  The officers further learned that Omar has a medical condition that causes a concern for his welfare.

Omar Francis is described as a black male, 5’ 4”, and weighs 155-160 lbs. with black hair. He was last seen wearing prescription glasses, black boots, a black leather jacket over a hooded sweatshirt, and carrying a black and blue backpack.
