POLICE ARREST THREE PAIRS OF DRUG DEALERS IN UNRELATED INVESTIGATIONS.

(Newark, De 19711) On March 17th, 2022, detectives from the New Castle County Division of Police assigned to Operation Safe Streets were able to stop 54-year-old, Gregory Evans.  He was found to be in possession of 4.8 grams of methamphetamine.  A search of his residence, on the unit block of Capitol Place in the community of Delaplane Manor, revealed a co-conspirator, 53-year-old Christopher Rouwhorst, and 121 grams of additional methamphetamine, a digital scale, multiple plastic baggies, and 2 sawed-off shotguns.

Both Evans and Rouwhorst were transported to police headquarters.  There they were each charged with one count of felony Possession with Intent to Deliver Controlled Substance Tier 3 Quantity,  two counts of felony Possession of a Destructive Weapon-Sawed Off Shotgun, two counts of felony Possession of a Weapon by Person Prohibited ( Controlled Substance), and one count of felony Conspiracy 2nd degree. 

Both were arraigned by the New Castle County Court of Common Pleas, and each held in lieu of $23,500 cash bail.

(Wilmington, DE 19809) On March 26th, after a month-long investigation, officers from the New Castle County Division of Police Mobile Enforcement Team were able to author and execute a search warrant at the unit block of Blue Rock Rd. When they arrived, they contacted the residents, 32-year-old Tara McCLeary and 40-year-old Loni McCLeary. Inside the residence, the officers located 500.94 grams of THC edibles, 151.99 grams of raw marijuana, 10 Xanax bars, 16 Alprazolam pills, and a Winchester 20-gauge shotgun.

Both parties were transported to police headquarters and both McClearys were charged with one count of felony Possession with Intent to Distribute a Controlled Substance, one count of Possession of a Firearm by a Person Prohibited (Controlled Substance), one count of felony Conspiracy Second, one count of misdemeanor Endangering the Welfare of a Child, one count of misdemeanor Possession of a Controlled Substance, and one civil violation of Possession of Marijuana. Both were arraigned by the New Castle County Court of Common Pleas and were released after individually posting $8250 secured bail.

(Wilmington, DE 19802) On March 28, 2022, officers from the New Castle County Division of Police Mobile Enforcement Team discovered that 47-year-old Eldiablo Beckman was selling marijuana out of his residence.  A search warrant was authored and signed. 

Inside the residence, officers contacted 31-year-old, Jasmine Brown.  The officers also recovered 13,571.85 grams of marijuana edibles, 2,531.56 grams of raw marijuana, .20 grams of THC wax, 1,562.40 grams of marijuana-infused beverages, 4 grams of THC vape cartridges, and 698.23 grams of THC oil. 

Also inside the residence was a large amount of drug paraphernalia including various types of packaging materials, scales, displays, labels, items used to manufacture edibles, and items used to smoke marijuana. 

The officers also seized  $10,524 USC, seven handguns, and one shotgun from the residence.

Both Beckham and Brown were transported to police headquarters and Beckham was charged with seven counts of felony Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony, one count felony Possession With Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance, one count of felony Possession of a Controlled Substance., seven counts of felony Possession of a Firearm By a Person Prohibited ( 2 felonies), one count of Conspiracy 1st, one count of Endangering the Welfare of a Child and one civil violation for Possession of Marijuana

He was arraigned by Justice of the Peace Court 11 and held in lieu of $595,250 cash bail.

Brown was charged with one count of felony Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony, one count of felony Possession with Intent to Deliver  a Controlled Substance, one count of felony Possession of a Control Substance, one count of felony Conspiracy First, one count of misdemeanor Endangering the Welfare of a Child, and one count of misdemeanor Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

She was arraigned by the New Castle County Court of Common Pleas and released on her own recognizance.
