(New Castle, DE 19720) The New Castle County Police have issued a Gold Alert for a Raquan White, 24, of New Castle.

On Wednesday September 14, 2022, at 10:00 PM, New Castle County Police were dispatched to the unit block of Freedom Trail – Saddlebrook Townhouses – in response to Raquan making comments that were of a concern for his welfare. Police arrived on scene but were unable to locate Raquan.

Raquan is described as a black male, 5’ 9″ tall, approximately 154 lbs. with brown hair and brown eyes.
