(New Castle, DE 19720) Detectives from the New Castle County Division of Police are currently investigating an indecent exposure. On Tuesday, September 27, 2022, officers were dispatched to the 500 block of South DuPont Highway – Castlebrook Apartments in reference to an indecent exposure involving two male juvenile victims.

It was reported that an 8-year-old and 9-year-old were approached by an unknown male suspect near the area of Beaverbrook Plaza. The suspect then enticed the victims to accompany him to a nearby building in the Castlebrook apartment complex at which time he exposed himself to the children.

The suspect was described as a white or Hispanic male, 17 to 19 years old, between 5’8” and 6’0”. A photograph was captured of the potential suspect and is attached below.
