(New Castle, DE 19720) Detectives from the New Castle County Division of Police Criminal Investigations Unit are searching for two wanted sex offenders after they failed to register or re-register their current addresses.

61-year-old William J Hammons is currently wanted for failure to register and failure to verify his address. Hammons is described as a white male, 5’7”, 165 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes.

65-year-old John L Singleton is currently wanted for failure to register and failure to verify his address. Singleton is described as a black male, 5’7”, 145 pounds with brown eyes and gray hair.
